BeCEO ("we", "our", "us") operates the BeCEO platform at bceo.ai and app.bceo.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and a hashed version of your password. We never store plaintext passwords.

Usage Data: We track AI model usage (tokens consumed, models used) for billing purposes. We do not store the content of your conversations beyond what is needed for your AI agent's memory feature.

Connected Services: When you connect third-party services (Google, Futu/Moomoo), we store encrypted authentication tokens. These tokens are used solely to provide the integrations you requested.

Google Account Data: When you connect your Google Account, we request access to Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Contacts, and Sheets. We access only the data necessary to provide AI assistant functionality. We do not sell, share, or use your Google data for advertising purposes.

To provide and maintain our AI assistant services
To authenticate your account and manage sessions
To track usage for billing and credit management
To connect and maintain third-party integrations you authorize
To improve our services and fix issues

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in Singapore (DigitalOcean). Third-party credentials (API tokens, service passwords) are encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption before storage. Access to servers is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

BeCEO integrates with third-party AI model providers to process your requests. Your conversation data is sent to these providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) according to their respective privacy policies. We do not control how these providers handle data once transmitted.

When you connect Google services, BeCEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. AI agent memory and conversation history are stored within your isolated workspace. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Access: You can view your account data through the dashboard
Disconnect: You can disconnect any third-party service at any time
Delete: You can request complete account deletion by contacting [email protected]
Export: You can request a copy of your data

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

BeCEO is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
