1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeCEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeCEO provides AI-powered personal assistant services, including but not limited to: conversational AI agents, document management, calendar integration, email assistance, and financial data viewing. The Service is powered by third-party AI models and operates on the OpenClaw platform.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Billing & Credits

BeCEO operates on a subscription plus pay-per-token model. Monthly subscription fees cover platform access. AI usage is billed per token consumed. Credits can be purchased or redeemed via promotional codes. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.

Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or workspaces
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google, Futu/Moomoo, etc.), you are subject to those services' own terms and conditions. BeCEO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

7. Financial Data Disclaimer

BeCEO may provide access to financial market data and portfolio information through third-party integrations. This information is provided for informational purposes only. BeCEO is not a licensed broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You should verify important information independently.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each customer's AI workspace is isolated. We do not access your workspace data except for technical support purposes with your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeCEO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
